Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A clear photo of the shipping label attached to the box

Failure to provide the shipping label may delay or affect the processing of your claim.

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution.

Installation Policy

We strongly recommend that all lighting fixtures be inspected and tested before installation.

Products that have been installed, modified, drilled, altered, or wired into a property are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Installation of a product is considered acceptance that the item has been received in satisfactory condition.

If you believe a product is defective, please contact us before installation so that we can assess the issue and provide assistance.

Change of Mind

As most of our lighting fixtures are specially sourced and prepared upon order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

We encourage customers to carefully review product specifications, dimensions, finishes, and installation requirements before placing an order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been installed
  • Products that have been modified or altered
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)
  • Items returned without prior approval
